Ann's House

A postcard picture for you Ann, bet it makes you want to be in Hurricane today and out of the snow and wind you are getting in Colorado!

Ann's back lawn gets prettier every day! With a view of your home it makes a very nice picture.

A day in Zion

It is fun to have a friend that likes to goof around as much as I do.
My friend Barbara and I had our first hike up to Bend Falls, there is two wooden decks along the way where it is a nice place to stop and meditate. Check it out sometime.

This deer made it's appearance just as we entered the Park, a nice way to start our journey.

The scenery was awesome on this day..

Dad's New Garage

More of Genevieve's Flowers

GENEVIEVE'S FLOWERS

Genevieve Gubler has the most awesome flower garden. Her yard is immaculate in the care of the flowers. Genevieve is having her children now help with the care of this beautiful garden, in years past she has done it all. The amazing thing about all this is that Genevieve is in her nineties and still enjoys bringing spring to the LaVerkin town. Here are some pictures to enjoy of this beautiful garden, they cannot come close to showing how beautiful it is so if you happen to be in LaVerkin go by and see it. I guarantee it will warm you heart and soul.

Life happens when you go to sleep at night. This is a time of contemplation for me, in the last 24 hours life happened with our family. Our love and hearts are with our son and his family as they work through some interesting life sequences with thier family. (can't say much here, too many readers, other than to let them know we love them dearly).

Also a very dear friend passed away yesterday/ Ann Slack of LaVerkin, I have known Ann since she and Sherwin first got married. We shared lots of good times together, she always made me feel better about me when I was in her presence. Ann was a devoted wife and mother to her family, always there for each one of them with a word of praise, an arm around a shoulder, a shoulder to cry on and good food to fill a tummy. She was always there for our friendship, she saw me through a serious illness when she literally moved into our home to take care of me and my two daughters who also were down with the same illness, Ann was our angel. We love you dear friend, we will miss you, God speed your journey home to the arms of a loving Father in Heaven and your family waiting for you there.

My husbands youngest sister also passed away this morning. She has had one long and debilitating battle with pancreatic cancer. She was way to young to die but I guess age does not matter when Heavenly Father calls us home. We will be leaving to go to Price sometime today or tomorrow, then on to Springville for services.
Life happens when you go to sleep at night.......

Pictures later. This was just random rattlings this morning to calm my heart.

My Neighbor's tree

I get to look out my kitchen window every morning and see this beautiful tree in Beulah's front yard. It is a Crab Apple tree and has been blooming for almost two weeks now. What a gorgeous area we live in. I love the springtime in Southern Utah.

New Family Picture Wall

This is the new Beardall Family Picture wall that all of you have ask me to take a picture of and let you see how it turned out. What a handsome and beautiful bunch of children I have. How fortunate I am to be your Mother.

We are about to be Slaves

The America we loved has just been given a death sentence. Our elected Congress men and women have voted and passed the worst piece of legislation in the history of this country.
obama's healthcare is so riddled with lies, deceit, payoffs, favors, and hidden deals behind the back that those same elected congresspeople did not even know what that health bill said nor what they really voted on.
Have you tried to read it? I didn't think so, neither did they, no not one of them read it. Not even Obama, Pelosi, or Bidden. How could they, it is so much jibberish an attorney could not read it.
Is anyone old enough to remember that in Germany during the late 1930's and 40's there was a man that had a new deal that would make everyone happy, comfortable, have jobs, food, entertainment etc. You get the idea. Well I remember, very well. All young men 12 and over were enlisted in the army to train and sworn to be loyal to Hitler. War came, food became non existent for them, they wer investigated in all manner of things, there was no personal privacy, dreams, education, family life nor anything even resembling those things. Hitler's government was into every facet of the german's lifes.
Then came the next wave, they could not have religion in thier lives either. So Hitler rounded up over one million jews and exterminated them in gas chambers, death camps, and firing squads.
Peoples homes were taken, invaded and all personal or valuable items were taken from them. in the name of the government because it was needed. There was no jobs, no food, no education, no hope, just dispare and hopelessness.
Think it couldn;t happen here in America? Think again my friends, we have elected a President that is not even a citizen of this great country. And he has done nothing worthwhile for the people of America yet. Altho he has given us the largest debt this Country has ever seen, he expects us to pay for it. He has printed money like there was no tomorrow with no gold to back it. Our jobless rate is over 10%, commodities like groceries, clothes, gas, everyday living costs, continue to skyrocket.
Do you see any similarities?
Wake up America, Let's take back our Country from the boneheads we elected, let's get this monstrouse health bill repealed (if possible)
I love my country, I want it back.

March 9, 2010 Snowstorm

My neighbor's house across our flooded street. It is
like a lake out there. no use in washing the car it
is hopeless today...

More of the back yard, can you see the Hurricane Hill from here? We can hardly see our neighbors house.

It is snowing in Hurricane today, this is our back yard orchard that had apricots in blossom two days ago. Crazy weather doesn't know what it wants to do.

Every day of your life is a gift from God.
don't squander it, don't waste it by being
angry with anyone. Don't let it slip away
on feeling sorry for yourself. Be grateful
for the precious gift of life and spend it by
being as happy and thankful as you possibly
can. Let your mind dwell on the
good things which have happened to you.
Let gratitude be your Attitude.
Think of your assets and don't let anyone
else spoil your day for you. Enjoy every
day of your life to the fullest. Realize that
you can add to the joy of each day by
making someone else happy. I love you all.
